- The picture should not be too bright or too dark. Please upload your best clear picture. Otherwise, the laser machine will pass over the image 2-3 times, which will cause the print to darken over time.

- We do laser engraving printing. The print cannot be erased, but as a result of the tests, when the bracelet is scratched with a hard substance, scratches appear on it and the picture loses its first day quality. Therefore, be careful not to scratch the bracelet.

- Please upload the photo carefully and then we cannot control it. We do not accept responsibility or mistakes due to poor visual quality. The responsibility belongs to the buyer.

- The photo should not be crooked and square, you can think of it as a wide rectangle.

- If you chose gold-silver color, the girl's picture will be made in silver and the boy's picture will be made in gold.
